The rooms at Fitzhead Inn are just perfect for a peaceful getaway. They are located in a charming gated courtyard, allowing you to escape the party when you've had enough.
If I had to pick one thing I liked less, it would be. but please note this is just my opinion and others may still enjoy it.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful little village close to the Somerset railway we were visiting. the location of the hotel was surprising, as it was a pub in the village, adding to its charm. the room was excellent, fully equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and the added touch of biscuits and bottled water. the breakfast was generous and delicious, cooked to order.
Limited inside seating in the restaurant area.

We had a fantastic stay at this quaint character inn located in a tiny village in the middle of the countryside. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with a touch of charm. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, with homemade dishes that were both tasty and filling. We also appreciated the helpful and cute staff, who made us feel right at home.
No complaints.

Great Christmas Experience Spent Christmas here and had a lovely time. the decorations were fantastic and the atmosphere was very festive. the food was delicious and there was plenty of it! the location was perfect for exploring the nearby countryside and we also enjoyed some great walks in the village.
Noisy Room Unfortunately, our room was very noisy throughout the night. We could hear people walking around and talking in the corridors and also loud music playing from somewhere nearby.

I recently stayed at this charming village inn for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The staff and locals were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options at reasonable prices. I especially loved that we were able to bring our dog along. Despite the bustling pub on New Year's Eve, our ground floor room was quiet and peaceful. The service was truly 5-star, and I can't wait to book another stay soon.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

The food was exceptional value for money, with both breakfast and evening meals included in the price. The quality and taste of the food exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The location, although off-the-beaten-track, was easily found with a satnav, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
The shower cubicle in my room was on the smaller side, which may not be suitable for everyone. the lack of a desk or table in the room made it inconvenient for anyone needing to work during their stay.
